REFUND POLICY

We go to great lengths to ensure the quality of our products and your satisfaction with them. If you are not satisfied or if the item is damaged, you may return the product(s) within 30 days of the delivery date. We will fully refund or replace any products that are found to be faulty or damaged. Please notify us by email at sales@argannova.com, and we will provide you with instructions on how to return your products. Please include your order number in the email. In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective product as proof to refund or replace the product.

 

Your product(s) can be returned for a refund or exchange under the following conditions:

  1. Products must be unopened and in their original condition.

  2. Products must be sent back with a tracking number within 7 days.

  3. Your proof of purchase/order information must also be included in the return.

  4. A video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable) must also be included.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Please be sure to return your products to the correct address. Read below for the correct return address based on where you received your product order.

Refund

Once we have received your package, refunds will be processed in the same form as the original payment within 10 business days. We will notify you via email or phone when this transaction has taken place. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at contact@organicpotions.co

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Cancelling or Amending Orders

In order to maintain a quick turnaround on order processing and shipping, once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or amended. Any unwanted items after your order has been placed must be returned for a refund (please see the "Refund" section above). Please note that the cost of the return has to be paid by the customer unless the item is faulty.
