SHIPPING POLICY

DO YOU SHIP TO SINGAPORE?
We strive to provide the best shipping experience for our customers. We deliver to any address in Singapore, except for offshore islands, military installations, prisons, ports, and construction sites.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
The typical delivery time is 2-5 business days after the order is processed and shipped. Please note that our shipping estimates do not include warehouse processing time. We estimate that processing can take 1-2 days. We do not process orders over the holidays and weekends.

 

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER VALUE FOR FREE SHIPPING?
Yes, we offer free shipping on all SG orders above S$40. A flat shipping fee of S$4 will be charged for all orders under S$40.

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. You can track your order using the tracking number on our website.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE THE WRONG ITEM, BROKEN OR DAMAGED?
Please contact us right away, and our customer care team will take care of you. You can contact us via live chat or by email at sales@argannova.com. If your package was damaged during shipment (visible damage to the box), take pictures immediately.

 

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES?

OUR LIABILITY

  • Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have provided on the order form. Please ensure that your delivery address is correct and complete, as we cannot be held responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you realize you have made an error, email us as soon as possible explaining the error and provide the correct information. We will assist you in any way we can. However, please understand that if the package has already been shipped, we are often unable to alter the destination address at this stage. We will, however, attempt to do anything within our power to assist in every situation. We are here to help you.
